The New Mexico Walkabout. Basically, this was a trip to go find some skiing. That was the only real objective. Otherwise, I stopped at a few places that seemed interesting. The trip took me through Deming, White Sands, Carlsbad, Roswell, Socorro, Albuquerque, Durango, Mesa Verde National Park, Monument Valley, Flagstaff, Petrified Forest National Park, and Safford. A few of the better shots are included below.
This was also the first big trip with the Digital Rebel - so the bad composition and poor technique are all "learning experiences".
